Registration terms.

Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. A registration becomes binding only when ARTS&NATURE CIRCLE confirms acceptance in writing and any required payment has been received by the stated deadline.

Current fees, currency, inclusions, deposit requirements, and payment deadlines will be shown on the programme page or written confirmation. Participants are responsible for payment-provider, bank, currency-conversion, travel, accommodation, insurance, and other costs unless expressly listed as included.

The cancellation and refund schedule supplied with the registration confirmation forms part of the agreement. Unless that confirmation expressly provides otherwise, a place is not transferable without written approval. Any legally mandatory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

Artistic and educational programmes depend on artists, venues, weather, travel, health, and other circumstances. We may reasonably change instructors, repertoire, timetable, venue, format, or comparable programme details while preserving the essential character of the experience.

If ARTS&NATURE CIRCLE cancels the programme, participants will be offered a refund of programme fees paid or, where appropriate, transfer to a rescheduled or comparable programme. Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, we are not responsible for consequential costs such as travel, accommodation, visas, or loss of income. Participants should obtain suitable insurance.

Participants must provide accurate information, meet stated artistic or age requirements, arrive prepared and on time, respect instructors, staff, venues, fellow participants, and local culture, and comply with reasonable health, safety, safeguarding, and venue instructions.

Please tell us promptly about relevant accessibility, dietary, allergy, health, or safeguarding needs. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed needs but cannot guarantee every request or accept responsibility for information not provided in time.

Photography or recording arrangements, permitted personal recording, and any requested promotional consent will be communicated for each programme. Where consent is required, it will be requested separately and may be declined without affecting an application unless recording is an essential stated element of the programme.

We may remove a participant whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, seriously disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, or damaging to people, property, or the programme. Refunds are not normally available following removal for serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.
